Anxiety & Depression Management
Primary-care-based evaluation and ongoing management for appropriate patients experiencing anxiety and/or depressive symptoms.
What this program is
Many adults first bring anxiety or low mood to their primary care provider. This program gives you an unhurried evaluation, honest conversation about options, and ongoing follow-up when treatment is clinically appropriate.
This is not psychotherapy, crisis care, or a substitute for specialty psychiatric care when higher-acuity treatment is required.
- Provider evaluation of symptoms and history
- Review of current medications and health conditions
- Treatment discussion when clinically appropriate
- Ongoing follow-up and monitoring
- Adults experiencing anxiety or depressive symptoms
- Patients who want primary-care-based management with follow-up
- Patients already in therapy who need medical coordination
How it works
A private conversation about what you are experiencing and for how long.
Screening and review of history, medications, and other contributing factors.
Follow-up visits, adjustments when appropriate, and referral if specialty care is needed.
Laboratory testing, diagnostic testing, imaging, outside specialist services, and prescription medications are billed separately unless specifically stated. Clinical services, prescriptions, testing, referrals, and treatment options are provided only when medically appropriate following evaluation. Results vary.
