You'll book a time online or by phone. Before your visit we'll send you a secure link, and you can join from your phone, tablet, or computer. Your provider reviews your history, talks through your concerns, and sends prescriptions or orders directly to your pharmacy or lab.

Yes, we accept many commercial and Medicare plans. We'll verify your benefits before your first visit so there are no surprises. Self-pay options are also available.

Most primary care concerns can be handled by telehealth, including refills, follow-ups, chronic condition management, lab review, weight management, and many acute concerns. In-home visits are a great fit for homebound adults and seniors who need hands-on assessment or have trouble traveling.
