What you can do over telehealth
Most non-emergency concerns work well over telehealth: follow-ups, medication management, chronic condition check-ins, minor illnesses, lab result reviews, and general questions about your health. If something needs hands-on evaluation, we'll let you know.
What you'll need
A smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera, and a private spot with a stable internet connection. We'll send you a secure link before your appointment — no apps to download, no accounts to create.
How a visit flows
You click the link a few minutes before your appointment, your provider joins, and the visit happens like any other office visit. Afterward, prescriptions are sent to your pharmacy and any follow-up instructions are sent to you.

Is telehealth as good as an in-person visit?+
For most concerns, yes. For things that need a physical exam, we'll arrange an in-person follow-up.

Yes. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice.
What if my connection drops?+
We'll call you to finish the visit by phone or reschedule if needed. You won't be charged extra.
